Aviano is Toll Brothers’ community inside Desert Ridge, and it covers more ground than most addresses here. The Villages at Aviano hold luxury townhomes running roughly 1,300 to 2,400 square feet. The gated single-family homes start around 2,600 square feet and run past 5,000.

That matters when you are searching. A listing marked Aviano could be a 1,300 square foot townhome or a house more than three times the size, so the neighborhood name alone will not tell you what you are looking at. It is worth knowing which half of Aviano a home sits in before you get attached to it.

Wildfire Elementary sits inside the community itself. Pinnacle High School, named one of Newsweek’s 250 Best Public High Schools in America, serves the neighborhood, and the Desert Ridge Marketplace, the JW Marriott resort, and the Loop 101 are all minutes out.

Sanctuary sits at the northern edge of Desert Ridge, in the Sonoran foothills off Tatum Boulevard and Pinnacle Peak Road. Taylor Morrison designed it around open space, which is why so many of its homes back onto protected natural desert.

That is the thing to understand before you shop here. The lot matters as much as the floor plan. Homes run from about 1,982 to 3,811 square feet with two and three car garages, and the difference between two of them can come down to what sits behind the back fence.
Residents have a clubhouse, a community pool, and concierge service. The gate is closed and the streets are quiet, and the Desert Ridge Marketplace is still only minutes south.

Clubhouse and pools

Toscana is Desert Ridge’s premier resort-style condominium community, set around landscaped grounds, pools, and a private clubhouse. It is the address people mean when they say they want Desert Ridge without a house.

The proposition is lock-and-leave. There is no yard, no roof of your own, and the grounds are somebody else’s job. For a second home, or a primary home you leave for months at a time, that is the whole point.

It is large and it has been built in stages. ARMLS lists Toscana across seven separate subdivision records, so a listing marked Toscana could sit in any of several phases.

What Defines Toscana

Resort-style condominiums

Set around landscaped grounds, pools, and a private clubhouse.

Lock-and-leave

What Clients Say

Amy was amazing and knowledgeable. She communicated every step of the way and was very honest. She contacted my husband and I both and respected our schedule. Amy was prompt and made sure to answer all our questions and walk us through the process. Amy is your only option!

Shannon H.

Desert Ridge Buyer

When Amy showed us Toscana in Desert Ridge, the community fit the bill for both of us. We’d never had a condo before but she listened and responded well to what we were looking for … and this wasn’t easy when two people have different features that don’t necessarily match-up. She is kind, patient and a real pro. I would send anyone who is looking for a property in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area to Amy.

Peggy S.

Desert Ridge Buyer

Amy did an amazing job. She priced the unit perfectly and sold it in record time. When I started to transfer the utilities after the sale, I found that Amy had already taken care of it. To say that she exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. More stars please!
