The Phoenix Market is Rising!

As the July 4th holiday weekend winds down the Phoenix Housing Market continues to Heat Up! We are still in the early stages of the recovery and have a long way to go to return to pre-recession levels. There are still plenty of opportunities to take advantage of. This is the ideal time to invest in a second home, or investment property and I can help you, your friends, family or colleagues. 

The Phoenix Economy has finally turned positive and the region is yet again leading the nation in housing and economic growth. 

• 47,200 new jobs in last year ranking 8th in the US
• 12,444 Annual Single Family Permits – 4th in the US
• Median home prices are up 30% from May 2012
• Median prices still only 63% of home prices in June 2006
• Homes must appreciate by 60% to reach 2006 Values

In other words there is still plenty of upside and now is the time to buy in Phoenix. Prices are still relatively low but have stabalized and are slowly creeping up. This Generational Opportunity wont last forever!
